The 2023 Sahitya Akademi Youth Awards and the Sahitya Akademi Children's Literature Awards will be presented to five prominent writers from Assam. This year's Sahitya Akademi Youth Awards were presented to Sri Jintu Gitartha in Assamese, Srinaina Adhikari in Nepali and Sri Mainaosri Daimari in Boro. The Sahitya Akademi Children's Literature Awards were presented to Shri Rathindranath Goswami in Assamese and Pratima Nandi Narzary in Boro.
